Heute war ein ganz besonderer Tag für unsere Community 🇺🇿✨
Dank der Unterstützung unseres Landsmannes Shakhzod konnten wir eine exklusive Karriereveranstaltung im Microsoft Office organisieren – nur für usbekische Studierende!
Nach einer spannenden Tour durchs Gebäude – Kantine, Lobby, Spielraum, Dachterrasse – ging’s weiter mit inspirierenden Sessions:
👩💻 Lena Schur (Data & AI Specialist): teilte ihre Karrieregeschichte, sprach über Werte wie Hingabe & Innovation – und berührte uns alle, als sie spontan ins Russische wechselte.
📱 Florian Harrecker (Client Director): gab spannende Einblicke in Digital Marketing, eCommerce & Mobile Strategien.
🎓 Kenny & Sean (Recruiting): erklärten, worauf es bei Praktika & Bewerbungen bei Microsoft wirklich ankommt.
Am Ende gingen alle mit neuer Motivation & Ideen nach Hause 💙

Today was a special day for our community 🇺🇿✨
Thanks to the support of our fellow Uzbek Shakhzod, we organized an exclusive career event at the Microsoft office – just for students from Uzbekistan!
We started with a building tour – cafeteria, lobby, gaming area, rooftop – and continued with inspiring sessions:
👩💻 Lena Schur (Data & AI Specialist): shared her career journey and values, and truly moved us when she spontaneously switched to Russian.
📱 Florian Harrecker (Client Director): gave valuable insights into digital marketing, eCommerce & mobile strategies.
🎓 Kenny & Sean (Microsoft Recruiters): talked about internships, interview tips and what really matters when applying at Microsoft.
We left with fresh motivation, new ideas, and maybe even a Microsoft dream or two 💙
